1. What is Gem Painting?
Gem Painting is a painting carefully crafted by skilled artists using semi-precious Gemstones. Raw gemstones are first grinded into various sizes and shapes. The size and the shapes of these grinded stones are then placed on a board by hand to create color variations similar to brush strokes that an oil painting artist might use. The stones have to fit perfectly in terms of color and shape like a jigsaw puzzle to create a perfect picture. If the stone does not fit the artist has shape it until it fits on the painting.

2. How long does it take to make a Gem Painting?
Depending on the size and complexity of the picture, it can take 2 to 4 weeks to complete a painting.

Yes, we can make a custom Gem Painting out of a picture that you provided. Depending on the size and complexity of the picture it can take 2 - 4 weeks plus a shipping period.

5. I have a painting shop. I want to carry your paintings. Do you offer wholesale option?

6. Do you offer framing for these Gem Paintings?
Currently, we do not. But we have a trusted partner who can do framing for you.

7. I own a framing shop. I can give you a special price for framing. Will you be interested in partnering with us?

8. I saw a painting I like. But it is sold out. How can I get it?
You can place order with us. We will process your order immediately and your painting will arrive to your doorsteps in 4 to 8 weeks.

9. Why do I have to pay the price of the painting when placing order on one of the "sold out" painting?
Since these paintings are made to order, we require our customers pay in advance to secure your order. As soon as we receive your order we start making the painting. The making of the painting can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. Your order goes through the following stages before it arrives to your doorstep:

1. Order comfirmed
2. Creating
3. Shipped to warehouse
4. Shipped to customer

Your painting will arrive to you in 8 weeks time. Should you wish to cancel your order before the item is "Shipped to customer", we will provide FULL refund. . Otherwise, please fill in the return form comes with the package and send the painting back to us for FULL refund of the PRICE of the item and any tax we may have charged you. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

10. Are the Gemstones used in your paintings natural?
The Gemstones used in our paintings are 100% natural.
